Independent Medical Education (IME) is generally defined as education for healthcare professionals (HCPs) provided by an independent educational provider, such as a community hospital, academic center, society/association or medical education and communication company.
Adroit Pharmaceutical is dedicated to making grant funding available to programs that enhance knowledge, skills, and/or performance of HCPs. Funding is considered for programs that focus on rare diseases in therapeutic areas that are of interest to Adroit Pharmaceutical (see above). Educational grants are financial awards which are made available for independent, fair and balanced, scientifically accurate initiatives that receive no influence from our organization. Adroit Pharmaceutical only considers providing funding for education offered through an accredited educational organization, certified through a recognized accreditation council (eg, ACCME).
